Oh great, as an owner and lover of the K9 pro AKM I am very excited to promote the K9 AKM when it comes out. Hopefully they spend more time customizing the firmware and don’t rush it like the Hiby R6 pro II which sounded so thin on release but was fixed with firmware updates.
It’s also unlikely, but I really hope the driver control and micro details are on par with the K9 pro AKM. I noticed that the K9 ESS has noticeably lower resolution than the K9 pro ESS. Again, not that important, except for people who listen to multi-track brick wall tracks.

Assuming that Fiio has developed several DACs/AMPs in the past, these should probably be the same or better than the previous versions.

The K9 is higher up the Fiios line so it should have better features, I’d ask myself that question as if you’re happy it’s not necessary.
This is the first, if not the second, AMP/DAC purchase I’ve made. SMSL DO300EX which I ended up sending back because it made a crackling sound similar to the Fiios K9 AKM. Now I only use BTR7.

They are forced to think a lot about goals, goals and again measurements aka ASR church, tired of spending money on Topping, the SMSL sound is always the same, boring, without anything moving and you can’t even tell about it. subjective impressions leading to exile, only numbers count, and more numbers, not only numbers, not really.
I just sold my L70+E70 battery, I like the sound of the Fiio K7 better, and since I can only sell the K7, I’m thinking of passing it on and using the money to buy a new K9 AKM. For me it would be game over, game over in quotes, we know when fiio releases the K9 Turbo with a 5W channel we are going to need it.

Cleaner sound, better layering, more controlled/textured bass, more realistic mids (not so thick/sweet) and more expressive highs… The differences are not as small as some reviews might suggest.

Of course, I can’t answer the question about the AKM version, but I can probably answer the question about what you don’t like about the K7 and what you’re looking for in an upgrade.

I just heard and read that the ESS and AKM Pro versions favor the ESS more, for some reason reviewers tend to brag about more air and better treble response. Me too, without failing the musicality and warmth. I doubt Fiio’s new AKM implementation doesn’t have it.

It is this etymological question that we will examine today.
And let’s make one more point here on the front end. Although in this article we are talking about the real AK-47 and AKM automatic weapons with selective fire capability, they are fully automatic firearms, the use of which is strictly prohibited for civilians. The AK rifles and AR-15 rifles that we as civilians can buy are purely semi-automatic, i.e. fire only with machine guns.
