How To Download Your Instagram Photos & Videos
The best and easiest way to save Instagram photos is to use Instagram Photo Downloader. There are dozens of apps in the App Store that allow you to save photos and videos from Instagram to your device. The good news is that most of them are free. The bad news is that they often have in-app purchases and are not always the best looking apps.

As I mentioned above, there are many apps for storing content on Instagram and not all are good or even updates for the iPhone with a bigger screen, but they get the job done.
Most of these programs run on coin-based systems, so you can download content and save photos or videos for a penny. When you first download the app you will get four free coins but if you want more coins you will have to watch the ads to get it. That is not how our Reposter software works, and although it is ad-supported, it is completely free to use.
Another way to save photos and videos from Instagram to your device is to use Shortcuts. Of course, the process is not as elegant as using special software, but it does get the job done.

1) Download Instagram Download Shortcut from your iPhone and follow the instructions given to install it.
2) In Instagram, find the photo or video you want to save to your camera, click “…” above the photo and choose to share.
4) The first time you run a shortcut you will need to give it access to your web and photo library. Make sure you allow all. Finally, the photo or video will be saved to your iPhone photo library.

The good news is that this method does not reduce the video quality. The only parts of the video that cannot be deleted are the username in the upper left corner and the three dots in the upper right corner. You can also not edit the mute option in the lower right corner.

If you want to reduce the editing section, make sure the video is ready before you start capturing the screen. More specifically, go to that person’s profile, find the video and start taking screenshots.
