Conor McGregor tertarik untuk membeli Liverpool ketika Fenway Sports Group (FSG) Menjual Salah Satou Club Laksasa Liga Inggris tersebut.
Seperti yang diketahui, FSG resmi menyatakan akan menjual Liverpool Padasenin (7/11/2022).
Dikutip dari Mirror, Conor McGregor lantas tidak membuang waktu dan menyatakan bahwa ia akan senang membeli Liverpool.

Pemilik baru Chelsea, Todd Boehly, juga dinilai sebagai faktor lain yang membuat FSG menjual Liverpool.
Kegagalan European Super League pada 2021 dan pembelian Chelsea senilai miliaran dolar oleh Todd Boehly dianggap sebagai faktor besar dalam keputusan Fenway Sports Group untuk menjual Liverpool, dalam pernyataan Daily Mail.
