Password Opening Application – The Password Manager Pro mobile app for iOS puts a full-featured enterprise password management solution at your fingertips, making on-the-go management of your company accounts and passwords more accessible via your mobile device. Because the iOS app uses advanced AES-256 encryption to encrypt all your data, accessing your business account through your iOS device is as secure as the desktop version of Password Manager Pro. Note: The Password Manager Pro iOS app requires an active version of the Password Manager Pro web app.

Breaking Password Managers: How Easy Is It And What’s Inside?
Password Manager Pro provides two-factor authentication for better security. Here the user needs to successfully verify twice through the first step and the second step. The first level of authentication can be done in 5 different ways: local authentication, Active Directory/LDAP/Azure AD certificate or via SAML SSO. The second level of authentication can be done through any two-factor authentication supported by Password Manager Pro. Now, after two-factor authentication, the app will ask you to enter a passphrase with at least eight characters to verify the phone. The application does not store passphrases and is required to enter them during login. All your external data is encrypted using the advanced AES-256 encryption algorithm.
Password Manager Pro allows administrators to allow or deny access to mobile devices for other users. To do this, go to Admin >> Users >> More Actions and click on Restrict Mobile Access. Administrators can also restrict users from saving passwords on mobile devices from General Settings by enabling password caching for offline access via mobile devices.
Note: The app does not store your passphrase and you are required to enter it every time you access the mobile app. You have a maximum of five attempts to enter the correct passphrase, after which you will be logged out of the app. After logging out automatically, you will be prompted to enter your Password Manager Pro account credentials. Only after successfully logging in, you will be able to use the Forgot Passphrase option on the Passphrase Entry page. The Forgotten Passphrase link will only be available the first time you log in to Password Manager Pro. If you use the app in online mode and don’t provide the correct passphrase during a passed test, the app will log you out and you’ll need to sign in again and set a new password to access the mobile app again. If you do not enter the correct passphrase using offline mode, you will not be able to access the application until you enter online mode and change the password again. Please note that every time you set up a new password, any password caches you have saved and any settings you have modified will be removed from your device.
