About BNI Mobile Banking BNI Mobile is a digital banking platform offered by Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), one of the largest banks in Indonesia. It allows BNI customers to access various banking services through their mobile devices, such as smartphones and tablets. With BNI Mobil e-Banking, customers can perform various financial transactions and access account-related information anytime, anywhere, as long as they have an Internet connection.

BNI Mobile Banking Problem was developed to make it easier for users to transact only on their phones. But in the field, there are still problems with the appearance of outdated applications that do not apply to current affairs that reduce the use of these applications.

OBJECTIVE Based on the issues above, the objective of this amendment is to improve communication issues in the BNI Mobile Banking application so that users feel comfortable while using the application.
I used a combination of user experience testing, in-depth interviews and direct user observation in these challenging scenarios. The study was conducted through direct observation in the field with a total of 5 participants, based on the statement of the NN Group:
Technical analysis to identify and resolve user issues. It involves a small number of users (5-8) and accurately identifies the main issues used in the -NN Group enterprise
This affinity mapping is based on the results of user tests, in-depth interviews and observations that I have made.

2) After I brainstormed all the ideas, I invited 2 of my friends who study mobile development to discuss the planning of the ideas to be used using the priority matrix. The ideas I offer will have a high chance of being implemented by the mission enterprise.
After prioritizing solution ideas, the next step I take is to implement those ideas into images or visual models and this is the result of recovery.
I use A/B testing to test the design. A/B testing is a testing technique that compares two different versions of a component (in this case, BNI Mobile Banking Design) and also to find out where to get the best results.

In this case, an A/B test will be used to compare the old BNI Mobile Banking design with the BNI Mobile App Redesign by me to improve the usability of the BNI Mobile app on this screen:
Respondents were given 2 versions of the BNI Mobile Banking application. The first is BNI Mobile Banking version 5.9.4, last updated on May 14, 2023 and the second is the Redesign version of BNI Mobile Banking that I did and this is the result:
